Ref. GV130
This villa is perched on the Parmesan mountains in Corniglio, close to the beautiful Hundred Lakes National Park. It is located just below Corniglio’s Castle far from the main roads, and so it is therefore very quiet.
The house was built in the 1960’s and was enlarged in the 1970’s/1980’s by the renowned parmesan architect Canali. Set within its own spacious plot of around 3000 square metres, it is surrounded by a 500 square metre garden and completed with a porch hosting an outdoor wood burning fireplace and enough space to park three vehicles. Also within the plot are over 50 fruit trees and farmland.
The house in built on four levels covering approximately 800 square metres. The upper two storeys are completed while the ground and the first floor can still be personalized. A space for the lift has also been planned.
There is also a cellar and a utlity room.
