In Salzburg, during the latest meeting which took place on March 2nd and 3rd, the General Assembly has unanimously accepted the membership of ESTATE GROUP to cover Denmark and Scandinavia.
Estate Group was founded 1995 in Copenhagen by its owner Christian Froeslev.
The group has been an independent real estate agency for more than a decade and over the last three years Estate Group has been involved in more than 3,000 property sales on project basis. Estate Group has been acting as consultant for one of Denmarks largest real estate companies and also been consultant for some of Denmarks biggest developers.
The group has consultants in Sweden, Norway and Finland and soon in Iceland in addition to the sales consultants in Copenhagen. A division has been set up to handle high-end clients and properties in the Copenhagen area. Estate Group are thus able to handle enquiries and sales in all the Nordic countries and to sell properties abroad.
Estate Group has an extensive exhibition programme in the Scandinavian countries from end September until end November. Christian Froeslev is 39 years old, married and has a little daughter. He has been in real estate since 1993, since 1995 owning his own company. Before entering into real estate he worked four years in insurance and four years in investment banking.
