Successful business amongst EREN members

Brief report about the latest referrals of buyers and sellers internationally served

Over the past 2 months there have been a lot of referral activities amongst our members.

Marschall Immobilien (Wien) recently referred a beautiful country house in Tuscany, in the heart of Chianti to Paolo Del Chicca Immobiliare (Livorno) who listed it for 2.100.000. To see property details please search for REF. PDC 1408 (Italy, Gaiole In Chianti)

A little more than a week ago Marco Argentieri of Cofim Immobiliare (Verona) reported to the headquarters a successful sale of a beautiful modern villa located on Lake Garda of 450 m2 plus large park with pool to an Irish buyer referred from Mrs Eleanor Bourke of Knight Frank Ganly Walters (Ireland). Asking price of 2.850.000….closing price the same! Congratulations to both!

Benedetta Vigano of Giorgio Vigano Srl (Milan) referred to Mr Marco Fassler of Wetag Consulting (Ticino) a lakefront villa located in Porto Ceresio, on the Italian side of the Lake Lugano (soon info will be available of the website). Vigano also listed and passed to Paolo Del Chicca an incredible villa with access to the sea located on the Island of Elba offering incredible panoramic views and the property is offered from both companies in co-brokerage.

Last news arrived yesterday. Again active Eleanor Bourke referred to Mr Thomas Geiser, Brand Office Manager in DeRham Sothebys Montreux, a buyer looking for a chalet in Switzerland and the two are now in direct contact.
