The initiative will be realised in the area of Costa Smeralda – Marina di Conca Verde, an area of importance for its history and its natural habitat in Sardinia. The area is considered of great potential, owing both to the rising tourism flows and an exponential investment growth trend. The goal of the initiative is to construct a leading Resort Tourism development for a demanding, high quality, international clientele.

The land on which the project will be undertaken, features a unique waterfront position, a thick mix of Mediterranean maquis and pinewood, and the presence of already exhisting infrastructures (roads, water system, sewage system, power line). The exhisting project foresees 1 hotel-resort – consisting of 2 bodies on a horizontal development, facilities for guests, private pontoon.

The hotel structures envisaged in the Resort will be able to offer a range of top level accommodation with different recreational possibilities and entertainment, and all the facilities to live comfortably in winter:

The Facilities Initiative

In the facilities initiative are grouped together all those structures which, in various ways, will be made available to guests:

• Water Sports, windsurf, boating, diving, water-ski, fishing, riding
• Excursion: Marine Parks (La Maddalena – Lavelli Island), countryside, Archeological site of Arzachena

This sheltered inlet of Conca Verde is ideal for any kind of water sports. Great location for health farm with thalasso therapy, possibility of boating and beach activities. If today the season is from April to October the aim is to extend the tourism flow all year round.
