On the top of a hill between Siena and Firenze with view over the charming hills of Chianti Classico, overlooks a Castle with its ancient village from 10th century. A careful and completed restoration of the small village allowed to get 14 exclusive residences which have in common with the castle an underground garage and a large swimmingpool. These residences have been sold to a selected international clientele.

The great prestige of this property is based not only on the beauty and volumetry of the living spaces, but also, and above all, on the olive oil and wine-producing activity developed on the 52 hectares of land that surround the village, with 17 hectares of vineyards and 5 hectares of olive groves.
The total production of wine is 60.000/100.000 bottles among Chianti Classico DOCG, Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, and 2 Super Tuscans (IGT wines), as well as 2 types of Grappa, an excellent Vin Santo and olive oil, all with a recognized own label.
In 2001 the firm inaugurated a new forefront winery (with surface about sq.m 1000) with sophisticated and modern wine-making equipments which are able to produce high quality wine. The grapes of several vineyards ferment and mature individually, both in oak barrel and in french barriques. The winery comprise also an office and an elegant wine tasting room.
To crown the firm there is a restaurant with a scenic wonderful terrace on the vineyards. In a rustic, but elegant and polished atmosphere (with about 40/70 seats) the restaurant offers a typical high level tuscan cooking.
