The attic also contains two mutually independent apartments, each consisting of a fully fitted bedroom with marble bathroom and WC. The bedroom on the lake side measures almost 25 sq m on its own and has parquet flooring. This room contains a large flat-screen TV.

The cellar can be reached via a wood lined indoor staircase or through the garage. The area is divided into a fully equipped utility room, a storeroom and the heating room. The heating system is state-of-the-art and every living area and bedroom can be adjusted individually using the control system. As a result it is possible to warm the house up quickly from anywhere.
The cellar storey also includes an 82 sq m area that is not subdivided. This area can be used as a “reserve” for installing wellness facilities at a later date.
The front of the 185 sq m garage leads to the garden at the same level. Car access to the ga-rage is via an exit near the house and both the entrance door on the plot boundary and the ga-rage door itself are operated by radio control.
The planted areas of the garden can be watered automatically, which makes for easy care of the lawn and plants even when no-one is in residence.
