The remaining surface is occupied by fallow fields and arable lands (12,6 ha), orchards (0,3 ha) and forest area and scrubland (105ha).<\/p>\n<h2>The Vanvitelli villa<\/h2>\n<p>The main residence is called \u2018Villa Iolanda\u2019 and is a building of 935m2 dating back to the 18<sup>th<\/sup> century. It is an example of the \u2018vanvitelli architecture\u2019 with original elements and large windows with views of the garden. The villa was renovated in 2003-2004 and has eight en-suite bedrooms, two dining rooms, a kitchen, a studio and three lounges, one of which has an independent access. An Italian tabern-like with oven, a storage room and a charming chapel complete the villa. A building of 837m2 with a swimming pool which offers accommodation up to 25 guests. It is divided into five apartments from one to four bedrooms, all of them offering a kitchen, lounge and between one and two bathrooms.<\/p>\n<p>In an isolated and tranquil area is raised the \u2018Casale al Bosco\u2019, a country house of 258m2 that can accommodate up to 12 people in four apartments with a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018Podere Gaversa\u2019 is the only building that hasn\u2019t been completely renovated. It has 356m2 offering two apartments with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and several rooms on the lower floor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Capraie\u2019 is a house of 353m2 used as a large storage room and garage.<\/p>\n<p>Last but not least the Naccolone hamlet. Built in the 14<sup>th<\/sup> century and located in the heart of the estate is found this lovely house ensemble, set around a lovely square with a fountain.
