Stazzu sul Lago is an exclusive, contemporary reinterpretation of Gallurese living, located in Saloni. The estate is set between the lagoon and the heights of San Pantaleo, just minutes from the beaches, Porto Cervo, and essential services. Arranged across a single level, the interiors feature a luminous living area gathered around a fireplace and connecting directly with the outdoors, complemented by an equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, while an annex and an independent cottage provide flexible accommodations for welcoming guests. Outdoors, the property offers covered verandas, a private swimming pool immersed in greenery, and over a hectare of flat land enclosed by olive trees. The property offers a high degree of autonomy thanks to a private well with independent water management, an electric vehicle charging station, and a photovoltaic system with battery storage. The property opens onto evocative views of the lake and the hills.
