Located at the top of a hill, this château which dates back to the 14th century offers uninterrupted views over the surrounding environment and possesses a plot of 67 hectares composed of forests, meadows and vineyards.
The château, formerly the property of singer Léo Ferré, has various lounges and offers a total of 17 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It also has a swimming pool, a gym, a summer kitchen and a tennis court.
Various outbuildings complete the property, including a basement and a workshop, a dovecote with two bedrooms, a guardhouse, a farm, and a renovated barn containing three bedrooms. Additionally, there are two other houses which are in the process of renovation.
