European Real Estate Network Meeting in Berlin

Annual EREN Conference 2014Berlin was host to the 10th annual meeting of the European Real Estate Network (EREN) a few weeks ago where real estate experts from various European countries as well as the United States met to discuss the future of the luxury real estate market.

Over the past decade EREN has been at the forefront of developments in the real estate market particularly in the luxury sector and currently represents one of the most renowned and respected real estate networks in the world.

Experts, drawing from local expertise, discussed and compared business strategies for progress in the future. The recent revolutionary Living Levels housing project on the banks of the Spree River in Berlin was of particular interest. This unfinished 14-storey tower block will cater for non-Berliners looking to enter into the luxury market and represents the future of the industry.

Another focus of the meeting was marketing strategies for luxury properties with particular emphasis placed on intensive internet marketing in the years to come. Currently EREN are in contact with a senior executive located in the United States who will help shape the future of the network and its continuing expansion starting from next year.

The meeting was a great success, owing to the extremely efficient and organized efforts of Mr. Thomas Zabel of Berlin Capital Investments who laid on an exclusive experience in some of Berlin´s most upmarket locations.
