Marschall Real Estate extends its marketing to the Arab world

In recent years, increasing interest in Arab investors in the Austrian real estate market is recognisable. Not only investors, but also more and more private individuals are interested in elegant city apartments in the capital, Vienna, or in idyllic holiday homes in Austria’s most famous winter sports regions.

We are therefore particularly pleased that we have been able to expand our international marketing activities with an Arabic publication and have been able to publish a company portrait, an interview with our Managing Director, Mr. Peter Marschall, a property presentation and a market report in the “SkyLounge” magazine.

The “SkyLounge” magazine is primarily distributed in the Arab world and covers topics such as luxury items, lifestyle and luxury real estate. The magazine is not only sent to high-net-worth individuals from the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait, who act as international real estate investors, but is also distributed on board of private jets from and into the Gulf region.

We are currently the only Viennese real estate partner of this magazine and we hope to be able to explain the quality of the Viennese luxury real estate market to readers of the “SkyLounge” magazine through this medium.

As part of our international marketing activities in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Eastern Europe, we continue to focus on so-called “special interest” media in order to reach our target groups in an even more direct way.

In the future, the internationality in the real estate business will continue to gain importance – networks like EREN are an ideal way to make the search and purchase process easier for customers who want to acquire real estate abroad, and provide them with a competent local partner.
