The European Real Estate Network (EREN) marked its 20th anniversary with its annual gathering in an exceptional setting: the Golf & Country Club de Bonmont in Geneva. The occasion was doubly special as it also celebrated the 200th anniversary of the host member, Comptoir Immobilier Group — a milestone that reflects a long-standing legacy in the Swiss real estate market.
The event began with a welcome dinner at the club’s restaurant, providing a relaxed setting to reconnect and set the tone for the days of professional meetings and property visits that followed.
Tuesday morning was dedicated to EREN’s annual member session. It offered a retrospective on two decades of collaboration, featuring highlights such as landmark sales, notable joint initiatives between members, and an update on the current state of the network. Each member also presented a selection of their most outstanding properties. A key figure that captured the spirit of the gathering was also underlined: EREN represents over 665 years of accumulated experience, with many of its companies operating successfully for decades — and some for more than a century.
The agenda continued with an exclusive experience in the heart of Swiss haute horlogerie: a private visit to the De Bethune watch manufacture. EREN members were introduced to the values that define the brand — technical innovation, artisanal precision, and deep respect for horological tradition. Attendees explored the entire creation process, from initial design to final assembly, and discovered some of the manufacture’s most iconic timepieces, celebrated worldwide for their pioneering design.
The day concluded with a dinner at Baron Tavernier – The Deck, a panoramic terrace overlooking the UNESCO World Heritage vineyards of Lavaux. From this privileged viewpoint, EREN members enjoyed a relaxed evening surrounded by spectacular views of Lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps.

Wednesday was dedicated to a curated selection of property visits. The day began with a tour of Château de Trévelin, a historic estate in the canton of Vaud. Set amid extensive vineyards, the château embodies the timeless elegance of classical Swiss architecture and the rich heritage preserved in many of the country’s finest estates.

Later, the group visited a stunning penthouse on Quai Wilson, in the heart of Geneva. Boasting over 400 sqm of interior space, the property features high-end finishes, a contemporary design, and an 80 sqm private rooftop terrace. Available to rent at 12,000 CHF per day, the penthouse represents a truly unique proposition for clients seeking privacy, central location, and luxury amenities.
Lunch was served on the penthouse rooftop terrace, with unbeatable views of Geneva’s iconic Jet d’Eau, providing the perfect setting for continued exchange in a more informal atmosphere. To conclude the event, guests gathered for a farewell dinner at the elegant Hôtel d’Angleterre, followed by a final informal meeting at the legendary Leopard Room Bar, where members toasted to the success of the gathering and the promising future of the network.
This edition, as symbolic as it was enriching, further strengthens the bonds that unite EREN’s members and reaffirms their shared commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaboration in the European luxury real estate sector.
