The property has a surface area of about 620m2 and is arranged over two areas: the theatre (480m2) and a lower floor (140m2). On the one hand; the theatre is comprised of an entrance hall, a foyer, a cloakroom, toilets and a snack bar. In addition, you will find the auditorium with stalls, gallery and stage plus an annex area and four dressing rooms for the actors. On the other hand, the lower floor hosts a rehearsal room, a kitchen and a cloakroom with a bathroom.

The History of Teatro Flaiano

The history of this theatre dates back to 1928, year in which it was inaugurated under the name of “Teatro dei Fanciulli”. Throughout the years the name has changed; firstly in 1944 “Teatro Arlecchino” and later on in 1969 “Teatro Ennio Flaiano” in honour of the Italian writer and playwright.

Flaiano theatre opts for modern drama and the remake of classic plays, but it has also wanted to establish its own theatrical pathway. In recent years innovative productions have been carried out with productions focused on the analysis of universal emotions and non-conventional works that have been welcomed by the audience and the critics.

Investing in a historic theatre in the centre of Rome goes beyond economics. We are talking about buying a piece of history, art and culture of the Italian theatre. In addition, the property has a great investment potential as it could also be used as an events place.
