Successful international cooperation

Immobilsarda, which represents a development overlooking the marina of Porto Cervo, recognised it would resonate with the international clientele of Wetag Consulting in the Ticino region of Switzerland. The two members coordinated a joint promotion.

Wetag produced a dedicated newsletter, featured the development across two articles in its property and lifestyle magazine, and supported it with focused campaigns. The collaboration brought twenty qualified buyers to the project.

Immobilsarda and La Commerciale collaborated on the private sale of a pieds-dans-l'eau villa on the Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. La Commerciale held the sales mandate; Immobilsarda introduced and managed the buyer.

A complex negotiation, given the standing of the property, was concluded to the satisfaction of both parties — handled throughout with the discretion and confidentiality the network's clients expect.
