The Marina di Conca Verde holiday complex comprises 10 small holiday homes available for rent, built in the traditional Gallurese ‘Stazzu’ style, set amongst the greenery and entirely clad in granite stone. The two-room villa comprises one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa, a spacious outdoor veranda and a small garden area. The villas are equipped with a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a washing machine, and are furnished with traditional local handcrafted pieces. The location is particularly suited to those who love peace and quiet and a life close to nature. Conca Verde features a succession of coves with pristine white sand, interspersed with rocky outcrops, overlooking the islands. The sea, which is almost always very calm, is ideal for water skiing and scuba diving. FURTHER INFORMATION: The hamlet of Porto Pozzo (2 km) offers amenities such as bars, a mini-market, fruit and vegetable shops, restaurants and pizzerias, dinghy hire and trips to the islands. The town of Santa Teresa is 10 km away, offering a variety of attractions for both daytime and evening entertainment. Around 7 km away, Porto Pollo is one of Italy’s best-known spots for windsurfing and kitesurfing, having hosted several world championships.
