In a pedestrian street in the center of Valencia, between the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the street San Vicente and the Central Market, is this renovated house of 153 m2, located in a building of classical architecture and high ceilings.

The reform is part of a simple distribution, designed to clearly separate the common areas from the most private spaces. The living-dining room occupies one of the main rooms of the house and connects with a fully equipped separate kitchen.
